misi 100 hari

107 days to go..
lagi 6 hari harus lancarkan misi2 yang kritikal .
1) Loss to inches
- hah, selama ni tgk body weigh atas skale muka mcm tada perasaan bila asik naik je..sekali nk try pakai bju yg dah lama beli untuk time berinai or khatam quran ni, rasa nak meroyan..
tak boleh fit in , OKEH! wahhhh bridezilla mode activated.
Hoi salbiah, padan muka ..makan lupa diri, ingt2 sikit, nk jd perantin, kang baju sendiri semua tak muatttttttt..ahhh stress...misi 100 hari di lancarkan.
apa nk buat:

  1. no nasi..no nasi at all..no carbs,no mee, no no and no.for 2 weeks.( 14 day).only fish, red meat, and vegi
  2. the 3 rd week da bleh start consume nasi but limit quater per eating session.huuuuuuuuu
  3. green tea every day, twice a day
  4. jog/gym/earobik everyday. no excuse
  5. no oily food
harus semngat Salbiah.please live a healthy lifestyle..
live right...

hahaha. Sya tragedi time merisik. rombongan da nk sampai br noticed bj da cm sarong nangka. Sya selambe je pkai.

time tunang (dLM 3mnggu b4) Sya diet giLe2. smpai tailor kene alter bLk bj tunang. puas ati. fmLy tunang pon kate turun giLE2.

and skang guess what, naek giLe2 bLk. in fact pLg berat dLm sejarah idop. baju size L pon xmuat. hahaha
